This product detects novel coronavirus antigens in pseudo-patient
nasopharyngeal and oral pharyngeal swabs by cross-current
immunoassay.
Widespread application: Applies to hospitals, disease management
centers, communities, airports, train stations, customs, schools,
businesses, etc.
Sample Requirements
We recommend aseptic sample collection using polyester sponge
samples with PP (polypropylene) sticks.
(1) How to grab the specimens of the mouth and pharynx: The gluteal
head is slightly tilted, the mouth is open, and the amygdala of the
pharynx on both sides is exposed to the outside. Pass a wipe from
the base of the tongue to the base of the tonx and apply to both
pharyngeal tonsils. Wipe the posterior wall of the pharynx up and
down at least 3 times with a cotton swab.
(2) How to grab the nasopharyngeal sample: Hold the subject's head
lightly with one hand, insert a cloth to wipe with one hand into
the nostril, and slowly infiltrate the back along the bottom of the
inferior nasal passage. The nasal meatus is curved, so don't overdo
it to avoid traumatic bleeding. When the upper part reaches the
posterior wall of the nasopharynx, gently turn it once (stop the
reflex cough) and slowly remove it.
(3) Sample processing: The sample must be treated with the sample
buffer provided in this kit as soon as possible (if not processed
immediately, store immediately, dry, sterilize, sealed plastic
tube), below 2 ° C to 8 ° C. Do not exceed 24 hours — long-term
storage at 70 ° C, but avoid freezing and thawing.
Test Method
Bring all reagents to room temperature before testing. The test
should be conducted at room temperature.
I. Sample extraction (see Figure 1)
1. Add 400 μL (about 10 drops) of buffer solution vertically to the
sample extraction tube, insert the sample into the solution in the
sample extraction tube, rotate it about 10 times through the inner
wall, and dissolve it in the solution as much as possible.
2. Extrude the tip of the sample along the inner wall of the
extraction tube, leaving as much liquid as possible in the tube and
taking out the sample.
3. Apply drip.
II. Test Procedure (See Figure 2)
1. Remove the test card from the sticker bag.
2. Add 2 drops (about 80 μL) of the processed sample extract to the
sample hole of the test card and activate the timer.
3. Place the test card at room temperature for 15 minutes before
reading the results. It could not be read after 20 minutes.
Interpretation of test results

reaction line on the quality control line (C line). This experiment
